We are a small collective of hair stylists working to elevate the desires of our customers.

Christina Sullins Robinson - Owner/Stylist

Christina is a native of Asheville. She has been working in the salon industry since 2003 and is the fourth owner of Shear Shack. She specializes in color, upstyling and pixie cuts. She graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2009 and from Carolina College of Hair Design in 2010. In the salon, she most enjoys making people feel good about themselves and never knowing what creative allowances will come along with each day. Outside of the salon, she most enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and being outdoors as much as possible.

Justin Robinson - Owner/Media Tech

While you may not see Justin's face around the salon much, he still enjoys contributing to the Shear Shack experience. From managing the salon's web media to maintaining the salon's atmosphere, he loves making Christina's visions a reality. Outside of the salon, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, and their four children. He also likes woodworking and upcycling in his spare time. 

Danielle Lujon - Stylist

Danielle grew up in Asheville. She has been a hair stylist for 14 years and has worked at Shear Shack for over 11 years. She enjoys all aspects of the industry, from haircuts to highlights, as well as formal styling for weddings, proms and other special events. Outside of the salon she enjoys spending time with her three sweet daughters who are her greatest joy.

Dani Cardinale - Stylist

Dani is a North Carolina native who started her career in cosmetology in 2004. She brings a ton of experience, style and spunk to the salon’s atmosphere. When she isn’t working she enjoys being active and spending time with her family.

Neely Carter - Stylist

Neely has been apart of the Shear Shack team for several years now. She began working the front desk through high school, and learned from all of the stylists in the salon. Now she is creating incredible work as a stylist as she specializes in blonding. She attended The Paul Mitchell School in Atlanta and completed her North Carolina Cosmetology Certification in Cullowhee, NC. When Neely is not at Shear Shack, she loves hiking with her husband and dog, Nova, and spending time with her family.

Michelle Sullins - Salon Coordinator

Michelle offers many skills and talents to make the Shear Shack experience pleasurable and extraordinary. She is the smile that greets customers as they arrive and ensures that they are satisfied as they are sent on their way. She also executes a lot of behind-the-scenes tasks to keep Shear Shack running smoothly. When Michelle isn’t keeping Shear Shack in tip-top shape, she loves distance running & spending time with her husband, children, and 11 grandchildren.
